Extruder Shop

We are agents for the excellent range of  twin-screw extruders manufactured by CFAM Technologies (Pty) Ltd. Barrel diameters range in size from 33.5mm to 110mm.  These extruders have been designed principally to meet the needs of pet feed, fish feed, milling, snacks and (with modified barrels) powder coating manufacturers.

 

All extruders feature an Allen Bradley PLC platform with a full colour touch screen user interface, automated startup and shutdown, recipe management system and logging of all production parameters.

 

The control system can be remotely accessed for factory assistance and maintenance purposes.
